Someone on Walrus suggested that Shibendu higher kriyas after the first are all made up. A student of both Shibendu for 5 years and later Shailendra Sharma said Shailendra corrected a lot of what he learned from Shibendu but the techniques seemed the same.
Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of Shibendu's kriyas compared to other lineages or of their effectiveness? I am intending to get the first level from him soon.
