More layoffs Halloween
I understand there were more layoffs on Halloween on the men's side. It probably hampered the celebration a bit.

Who is left? Any real people?

Those who are left are people who really believe that they are serving Master as long as SRF wants them, or they are happy with their position as long as it lasts, or they have few options at this point. However, people have had a year now to consider whether to go elsewhere. What I find so ironic is the idea that Master supposedly said that loyalty is the highest law. Why does loyalty seem to work in only one direction for SRF?

Re: More layoffs Halloween
SRF misunderstands much more than the concept of loyalty. When another manager was fired recently SRF made it appear he left on his own “to pursue other interests”. EVERYONE knew that is not true and yet they pushed that lie anyway. Why? It makes them look better. However since everyone knows it is a lie and SRF knows people working there know it was a lie what the heck does that mean?

Lying is a habit for them. They do it with such ease. I have heard them lie over such trivial things! It is a habit! As far as this firing, fringe people who hear the circumstances of the firing and will buy SRF’s explanation. That will make SRF look better in their eyes. Anything is worth it to protect SRF. SRF rationalizes it as protecting Master’s work but does it need protecting?

If the person needed firing then why not just fire him? Well, lots of reasons. They feel one of them might look bad for hiring him in the first place? They kept him on for years after they found he could not do the job? Appearing to have made a mistake might mean they are not perfect? Needing less people might mean they are not growing like they say they are??? (That would mean they lied!) The real reasons are probably beyond what we normal people can figure out. In that cult environment where outside influence is cut off things have gotten pretty weird. The paranoia is strong and the elder bad ladies are losing control making them even crazier. They long ago equated their own power and position with Master’s work and therefore their power must be maintained. Living shut off from outside interaction has created a warped sense of their own place in Master’s work.

In their minds it all depends on them. They obviously don’t understand what Master’s teachings are all about! A little transparency would go a long way toward healing SRF but in actual fact the world doesn’t need SRF. The healing would involve SRF going away.

Yes, they don’t understand loyalty. They lie with ease to protect themselves. They fear the membership and look at them as ignorant lesser children. What a crock.

Those getting laid off (I mean fired) are much better off. Their recovery from the cult starts now. I wish them luck.
