From Thirty Minor Upanishads including the Yoga Upanishads by K. Narayanasvami Aiyar, Santarasa Publications

The Yoga Upanishads "contain detailed principles and techniques of yogic and tantric methods, involving the awakening of Kundalini. "

"It should be pointed out that these Upanishads are called minor only in the respect that they were not commented upon by Sri Sankaracharya and other commentators, as were the Twelve Major Upanishads. The reason being that the contents of these Upanishads discuss topics of an occult character and are therefore, not meant for all, but only for the select few."

There are nine Yoga-Upanishads:
