Is YSS prez Post -a punishment posting ?
Elsewhere I have read about how , Swami Bhavananda Giri was discharged to India, because he stood up against certain powers . I remember also reading elsewhere , about how Durga ma was supposed to be sent to India by the head honchos of SRF .
it does appear that a been sent to Guruji's homeland is more of a punishment posting .

Aum !!

I've heard from a non SRF person who went to YSS that it is a very very poor ashram. I guess SRF is not sending any money to YSS but keeping it all for projects in the states.

India punishment
Being transfered to India does appear to be a punishment or at least intended to get a problem away from them. Weird. And shows somethings about the bad ladies. Their immediate world is all that is important.

Expatriated to India
Right on!

Now they are planning to get rid of Devananda because of his talk on being more authentic and stay away from denial two convocations ago. What a way to punish people! And it is interesting for Indian devotees to figure out what it means in regard to their land -- Is it considered by the board as a place apt for punishment?

Punishment
I believe the situation is probably that the bad ladies just want people away from them, away from what they consider the central authority (the castle). Once out of the castle and the royal court they are no threat to their power structure.

Sending people to Hollywood, sending them to HV, or to India, all are examples. I don't believe it is probably punishment in the sense that they feel India is a bad place. It is just away from the castle.

Re: Punishment
Well, I'm a fairly new "kid on the block" in SRF. I've been around 2 years but became educated. Anywho, how can SRF afford to give any money to YSS? They've spent all of it on lawsuits. I agree, it appears from the information I have heard about the conditions of YSS from visitors doesn't sound good.
