Fear of adding to this board

I know that many of us are afraid of adding anything on this board for fear of SRF or the feeling that we might be disloyal. As long as we keep the information accurate, we should not worry. Up to now SRF management has not been held accountable for their actions. They operate in their own little world and hide their actions from the membership with a vengeance. They should be held accountable or they should stop acting they way they are acting. It is time some integrity found its way back to mother center.

1) I am sure it is helpful to those adding information here to get the items off their chest. We have been trained to have such fear and self-doubt, that adding information on our treatment starts to break that habit.

2) Once the membership knows of these behaviors they can make their own judgments about supporting mother center. Right now it is similar to so many televangelists out there, a pretty front but rotten core.

3) The information here might even help someone who is thinking of going to work for mother center or considering the monastic life. If someone is going to devote their life or leave their career, they deserve to go into it with eyes open. We might prevent others from being hurt. A different monastic path might better suit them or volunteer work for some other organization.

Remember, it is all part of their training to hear their actions tossed back at them.
