Devotion Corner
Good Morning on this Sunday!

Why is it Walrus--anyone? At any rate, I feel that a link to Master is also needed here, perhaps a main category we can go to after venting to soak up his guidance. With that in mind...(no comments pls. that all the printed material is really not his words)

"Learn to be still in body and mind, for where motion ceases, there begins the perception of God."

--PY-- In the Sanctuary of the Soul (which we all know is a compilation from other sources)

Devotion section
Devotion corner? We had a section like that but no one ever posted anything there!

I would point out that there is no reason there can’t be quotes and solid positive advice in most of the existing topics. The section on the SRF Teachings does not imply messages will just be criticisms of the teachings. For myself, I feel very strongly that Master’s words are magic when we read them. We allow all opinions here if presented seriously and thoughtfully.

The section on “Life on the Inside” could be filled with wonderful stories from monastics and employees of how they are inspired and drawn toward God by their association. To be honest I doubt we will see that, but some people in the centers or smaller ashrams may very well feel that way.

The sections on the Convocation, the individual ashram locations, or the catch all section might also contain positive feedback from people on how SRF is viewed. The discussions in all the sections can be turned to realize the criticisms are opportunities for growth in those seeing the problems and those creating the problems.

Unfortunately those who might otherwise feel positive about these topics are the same people who would view the Walrus as anti-Master. That cult-like thinking runs deep. In the freest country in the world, to mention a negative view immediately brings your loyalty into question.

I for one am a loyal devotee of Master and would welcome any views in any of these sections.

If you really want another section let me know.
