Listening to the Inner sound
Thinking about it.this has got to be one of the easiest and relaxing ways of centering.Just put your ear plugs in and away you go.Im finding this to be my practice right now,it seems to charge the nervous system and intensify the electric feelings in the body and Head.

Anyone else find this way easier?:rollin :rollin

Re: Listening to the Inner sound
First I read walrus for awhile, then I put my fingers in my ears and go naaaaaaaa naaaaaa naaaaaa, then I feel better.:lol :lol :lol

But seriously, I tried what you said and it does work. Probably the only thing that is easier is just lying in bed half awake near morning, and just floating and willing yourself to feel the presence of spirit.

When I do kriya I am distracted by a pressure in my spiritual eye. It has something to do with thinking too much, and I try to turn away and up toward the crown chakra. I only spend about twenty minutes doing kriya, but I keep the practice up because I do think it energizes the nervous system.

My point is that the technique you suggest and times of relaxed contemplation go hand in hand with the intensity of kriya. I need both I think.

yes you could do the Kriya 1st or even some hatha yoga and it seems to intensify the sound.:rollin :rollin
