There are several recent posts in alt.yogandanda.
Are these the actual lessons for kriya?

Yes, I have seen those postings you are referring to and from a quick perusal they looked like the SRF techniques. However I would recommend you get the Kriya, especially the 1st one, not off the internet but at least via the lessons format...this will give you a better grounding in the rationale behind the technique, and, in my opinion, facilitate a better attunement with the Masters.

If you go to www.google.com and click on Groups, then...

In the Search blank put
First Kriya by S.R.F. god@heaven.org
that'll bring up the first one.

Put
Nomen Nescio Kriya
that'll bring up the second.

Put
S.Rf. Kriya 3 and 4
(with srf being just like that)
and it'll bring up third and fourth.

Someone scanned the lessons. They didn't proofread, so the lines of the paragraphs are all out of order.
