I wanted to make this comment but didn't know exactly where to place it.

psychdev,

In response to gitano no divino's negative remarks, just wanted to let you know that your posts are intelligent, fair and humorous. You have certainly have had an influence on me and hopefully others on this board. I hope you will continue to make responses to posts and accusations that simply cannot be left unchallenged.

By the way I am also very "angry and frustrated" and this place is a source of aggravation for me as well. I'm so mad... just give me something to break.

You strike me as a very angry and frustrated person. I hope that your continued devotion to SRF and its teachings will ameliorate that problem over time. In any event, you have found a group of people you feel comfortable with.

Since the Walrus is clearly a source of aggravation to you, and since it's unlikely you're influencing anyone here very much, I am left wondering about the motivation for your continued participation here.

Thanks redpurusha. (I'm afraid, though, there are exactly two of us on this BB with that opinion!). I certainly will continue adding my own two cents as an alternative point of view, as that seems warranted.

I'm with you too psychdev. It is good to have alternative views and I think you present yours in a very reasonable manner.

and now back to the farm
Guests, the alternative views and the holders and supporters of these views,

in new topics, in history, i have directly questioned you djali123, Ringbearer7, redpurusha and psychdev..

now back to the farm, of cultivating kinship with all life, as the first post in this thread set out addressing

since the four of you have not addressed Albert Schweitzer's example... may i ask you to move out of this topic or keep your comments in some relation to Albert Schweitzer or others of his caliber with such a unique lifelong love of others?

thank you

Sorry to leave muddy footprints in your house... Actually Schweitzer was one of my childhood heroes (and still is). I read as much as I could about him and also had a chance to visit his home in Colmar (Alsace, France). Remarkable guy--a world-famous interpreter of Bach's music, and yet someone who packed up to go to the Congo relatively late in life. He writew about being sick with malaria for weeks at a time, with a fever; and yet not giving up. A good image for us to remember in a rather selfish age. FWIW.

Hi Soulcircle,

Today's topic is: "Internet abbreviations--vital accompanyment on the search for Enlightenment".

FWIW = For what it's worth
LOL = lots of laughs
BTW = By the way
IMO = In my opinion
IMHO = In my humble opinion
IMVHO = in my very humble opinion
IMAHO = in my abjectly humble opinion
IMAHOOMUS = in my abjectly humble opinion of my most unworthy self (just kidding; but I do like the sound when you pronounce it: IMAHOOOMUS).
